Get Started
1. Register as an installer
You must register as an edgeConnected Installer in order to begin registering edgeConX hardware. Once registered you will be able to access the edgeConnected Installation app and have complete access to the desktop edgeConX portal and assets.
If you have already registered please proceed to step two, if not please press the button below.
2. Activate your account
Once you have entered your details in the registration form you will receive an activation email. Please take note of your new user name and click the button to activate your account.
You are now registered as an Installer!
3. Install Hardware
Follow the instructions provided in the packaging for the installation of edgeConX hardware. If you have any problems or questions please find further hardware support at Residential Hardware Installation.
4. Download the edgeConnected Installer app
Upon completion of the hardware installation the device will need to be registered. You must download the edgeConnected Installer app in order to register each device to its site and location. Download the app for Apple and Android to begin the process.
5. Register site details
Once downloaded you will then need to simply follow the step by step process for site registration. Please go to Site Registration for support.
